Details The rustic-tasting premium bun is designed to carry 4oz to 8oz premium burgers and is supplied frozen, pre-baked and pre-sliced but with the two halves still connected. It is made with a virgin oil and sourdough starter, dusted with semolina and stone-baked to give a thin, crisp crust and a firm but soft dough inside. The buns defrost in less than two hours.
