USP This versatile soft bread swirly can be regarded as a lighter version of a pizza with a twist. It can be served on its own as a snack or as an accompaniment to soups, salads and cheese boards; or it can be sliced, toasted and topped to create canapés.
Details The bake-off product - which is ready to serve after just 15 minutes in the oven - has an Italian-style tomato filling (made of tomato and garlic purées, onions, lemon juice and black pepper) swirled through the dough and a topping of creamy Gouda cheese and basil.
