The Chip Shop range of 100% prime cod, skinless and boneless haddock and Alaska pollack fillets are cost-effective and easy to portion, while Young's three-way "fry, grill or oven-bake" cooking options offer versatility for catering outlets from pubs to the cost sector.
The company has also developed a children's range of Chip Shop Jumbo Battered Cod Fillet Fingers with no artificial colours or preservatives.
