Beacon launch three new customer packages for Hotelympia 2014
Beacon has announced three new packages for customers to be unveiled at Hotelympia at London's ExCel next week.
The creation of the new packages have taken customer and supplier feedback into consideration and allowed Beacon to identify some challenges in the current marketplace. The three packages will give customers a tiered option to the Beacon offering, with access to products and great prices, a consultative service or a business partnership depending on business need and budgets.
Through the new packages customers will still have access to four services: purchasing, design and refurbishment, consultancy and e-business, which all aim to bring together the best products and solutions.
Diane Webster, director of marketing at Beacon, said: "We are a customer facing business, and as a well-established purchasing partner to a variety of businesses in a number of different sectors, we have developed our expertise through our close working relationships to truly understand the challenges being faced by our customers today.
"Following the recession and subsequent economic upturn, businesses are now looking ahead, and many are looking to refresh, refocus and reinvigorate their offering, whether it's through the food available on a hotel's menu, or the design of its public spaces.
"By launching the three new customer packages, following the introduction of our four new services earlier this year, we feel we are able to make a real commercial impact for our customers by servicing them more efficiently and sharing our core knowledge with them at every stage."
