Beef jus and chicken gravy from Essential Cuisine – Hotelympia

Essential Cuisine will be exhibiting Signature Beef Jus and No 1 Chicken Gravy.

The No 1 Chicken Gravy base contains stock and dripping, while the Signature Beef Jus is made from beef bones, vegetables and tomato purée. The chicken alternative is made from chicken stock and fat.

Both gravies are supplied in powdered form in 1.5kg pots, which make 20 litres of gravy.
