French manufacturer Charvet, which specialises in heavy-duty prime cooking equipment, is showcasing the Charvet Modern range, an entry-level, budget version of its bespoke ranges for the smaller kitchen.
Modern is simpler in design, with shorter lead times, and is based on a standard chassis width of 1,200mm. It can be built up with a variety of standard components, including ambient units, to create any length of cooking unit finished off with a one-piece titanium steel top.
Island or peninsular suites can feature pass-through ovens or hot cupboards that allow chefs to use them on both sides.
