Better control of Foster blast chillers and freezers

Foster Refrigerator has made its wide range of cabinet and modular blast chillers and blast chiller freezers easier to control by upgrading its Surf Navigation control panel to allow caterers to select programmes using finger movements rather than pressing buttons.
The new click-wheel touch pad is sleeker, more responsive and more ergonomic to use.
The company's line-up includes a roll-in blast chiller that is compatible with the Rational 201 Trolley.
