Product Black Label Beef

USP 10 years of research and development lie behind this new range designed to meet chefs' calls for consistently high-quality steaks. Catering butcher Turtons of Devon and beef farm operator Blade Farming have developed a co-ordinated farming system with a group of West Country farmers that emphasises quality genetics, husbandry and welfare alongside a uniform feeding and herd management regime.

Details Grass-fed Aberdeen Angus cattle are slow-grown and humanely slaughtered and dressed at 20 to 24 months. The bone-in cuts are aged for 21 days to improve flavour and tenderness and wrapped in peach paper to retain the flavour. The meat is well-marbled, tender, succulent and fully traceable.
