Blast chillers and freezers from Trimco's Platinum range

All models in Trimco's Platinum range of blast chillers and freezers are capable of reducing the food temperature from 65°C to 3°C in less than 90 minutes, and to -18°C within 240 minutes. The temperature is then held at the required level at the end of the chilling cycle.

The units are GN compatible, with a capacities from three up to 40 1/1 trays, and provide chiller or freezer functions within one unit, operated by a programmable electronic control panel. Most models also feature a probe for monitoring the food temperature and a UV sterilising light.
