Bonnet BCB 1500 and 1800 charbroilers from Hobart

The new 10-burner BCB 1500 and 12-burner 1800 charbroilers from Bonnet are the latest additions to a line claimed to be the most energy-efficient on the market.

Improved thermal efficiency targets the heat at the cooking area, reducing energy use by 18% while ensuring consistent cooking results, less smoke and fewer fat flare-ups.

The stainless-steel charbroilers also provide a larger cooking area than before, with four grate positions allowing caterers to cook a variety of foods at the same time. They are safe and easy to operate, offering individually controlled main burners, secondary ignition, piezo pilot burners and a waterless drip tray.

Removable grates and cassette-style heat deflectors make cleaning simple, and the charbroilers come with a cleaning toolkit that includes a cleaning brush, a grate lifter, a grate scraper and a splash guard cleaner.
