Braehead Foods to sponsor Gordon Ramsay Summer Ball 2011

Kilmarnock-based supplier http://www.hitscotland.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Braehead Foods](http://www.braeheadfoods.co.uk) is sponsoring the [Gordon Ramsay Summer Ball 2011](http://www.ssba.org.uk/), which aims to raise money for the Scottish Spina Bifida Association of which [Ramsay ](http://www.caterersearch.com/Topics/1598/gordon-ramsay.html)is honorary patron.

The food will be cooked by an all-female line-up of chefs headed by Clare Smyth, head chef of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Her team will include top Scottish chefs Jacqueline O'Donnell (the Sisters Restaurants, Glasgow), Lesley McQuiston (Lochgreen hotel, Troon), Yvonne Noon (Grill Room at the Square, Glasgow), and Heather Hood (the Kids Kitchen and Braehead's sister company, Cook School Scotland).

The event is limited to 250 tickets, which cost either £300 (Gold package) or £500 (Platinum) per head, with a 15% discount available on all gold tickets reserved before 16 June.

The accolade follows last year's presentation of a Lifetime Achievement Award to Braehead owner Craig Stevenson by the [Hospitality Industry Trust.
