Brakes' Grilled Red and Yellow Peppers have been entered in the Accompaniments & Ingredients section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.
As part of the development of our specialty deli range, we worked closely with a key customer to create delicate red and yellow peppers (avoiding hard skins), marinated in oil with garlic, to sit alongside our recently-launched Sunblaze tomato range. This product has many uses - perfect for salads, tapas, antipasto or as a garnish to grilled meats and fish.
