Brakes' La Boulangerie 100% Rye Tin Loaf has been entered in the Bakery section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.

Working with a talented and established artisan bread producer, we developed a part-baked small loaf, with rye flavour, tight crumb, dense texture and a freshly-baked experience.

The origin of the product has great provenance. Can be used in a variety of ways - including soups, as a side to the ultimate cheese board and cut into bases for buffets.

This delicious rye seems to improve with every bite.
