Brakes soufflé scoops gold in Caterer food and drink awards
The seventh annual Caterer and Hotelkeeper Excellence in Food & Drink Awards honoured the cream of the crop in food and drink products at London's Dorchester hotel last month.
Brakes' Blacksticks Blue Cheese & Walnut Soufflé was chosen from among the 15 category winners as recipient of the coveted Gold Award which was collected by product development manager Des Cloke (pictured, centre).
