The Brakes' spicy meatballs have been entered in the Food on the Go section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.
A delicious mix of spicy meatballs and mozarella, create this multi-use product that can be served hot or cold. Not only is it ideal used in sandwiches and baguettes, it also makes an ideal addition to a tapas offering and can be served as a main meal with just a little spaghetti.
