Bread & Butter, UK's first food and drink founders' festival, announces line-up

Bread & Butter, the UK's first food and drink founders' festival, has announced a line-up of speakers of some of the most successful food and drink entrepreneurs in the UK for its first event in November.

The line-up includes Tom Newton, Graze; Julie Waddell, Moorish and Little Food Academy; Will Bowler, Popchips; Ben Branson, Seedlip; Craig Sams, Green & Black's; Mark Palmer, Pret and Cawston Press; Kara Rosen, Plenish Cleanse; Mark Salter, For Aisha; Nick Kilby, Teapigs; and Michael Minch-Dixon, Snact.

The festival will take place at the Institute of Directors in London on 12 and 13 November. Early bird tickets are available now.
