Product Royal Greenland breaded and battered cod, haddock and plaice fillets for the UK food service sector.
USP The new range (currently available from 3663 and Royal Greenland) comprises fillets sourced from the North Atlantic and coated with either Gold Standard Batter (a lightly-seasoned blend of maize, wheat and leavening agents with a light, crispy texture) or Farmhouse Breadcrumbs milled from freshly-baked, traditionally-made loaves.
Range Battered cod and haddock, and breaded cod, haddock and plaice. Fillet sizes are 140-170g and 170-200g
