Breads from La Pizza

With a history dating from 37BC, traditional Altamura breads, now available from La Pizza, have a dark crust colour and yellow crumb.

Made from fine, hard-wheat semolina, the flat oval bread is available with red onions or sun-dried tomatoes.

Semolina breads are also made from fine hard-wheat semolina to a traditional Sicilian recipe, and are supplied part-baked in 500g loaves.

Authentic Focaccia bread is made to an Italian recipe using semolina flour where dough is proved for more than 24 hours to give it a rich, Mediterranean flavour. The Focaccia is supplied fully baked and frozen in two varieties, Tomato and Olive or infused with Rosemary, in 1kg rectangles and 350g ovals.

Also available are Cajun Garlic; Parmesan and Black Pepper; and Roasted Red Onion Tear-and-Share garlic breads, made
using garlic butter and Italian herbs.
