Described as a contemporary but affordable answer for breakfast service, the Vario Buffet System includes dispensers for milk, juice, cereal and jams, display cases for meats and cheese and dishes for yogurts and fruits. Items are made in translucent acrylic and stainless steel. Juice dispensers start at £77.
Merlin also offers Italian-designed Deagostini breakfast buffet equipment, including rotating cereal minipack dispensers in four- and six-chute designs and loose cereal dispensers in which the dispensing mechanism employs brushes rather than plastic paddles to reduce crushing of flakes.
