Breakfast options from Weetabix

Healthy, wholegrain cereals from Weetabix - such as Weetabix, Alpen Original and Alpen No Added Sugar Swiss-recipe mueslis - come in a range of formats to suit all caterers, from portion-controlled servings to bulk and bag offerings.

The Weetabix Week campaign, which encourages people to add healthy toppings such as fruit, natural yogurt or honey lends itself to a convenient buffet format for caterers, while the group's Alpen and Alpen Light cereal bars provide an on-the-go alternative for time-poor business guests.

High-fibre Alpen bars - which now contain 30% more fruit - combine crispy wheat and rice flakes, oats, fruit and a drizzle of yogurt or chocolate. Options include Fruit & Nut, Fruit & Nut with Milk Chocolate, Strawberry & Yogurt and Raspberry & Yogurt.

Alpen Light - which contains fewer than 70 calories per 21g bar and an added prebiotic to boost good gut bacteria - comes in the four flavours of Chocolate & Fudge, Apple & Sultana, Summer Fruits and Chocolate & Orange. The repackaged Alpen range is currently being promoted by a £3.4m TV campaign.
