The latest in Délifrance's viennoiserie portfolio is a raspberry-filled croissant. Layers of French croissant pastry contain a sweet raspberry centre and are topped with a sprinkling of crystallised sugar. The raspberry croissant can be baked from frozen in less than 30 minutes. Also suitable for breakfast menus is a butter brioche loaf, available part-baked, and a Charentes butter croissant made using award-winning butter from the Poitou-Charentes region of France and supplied frozen ready to bake for 14-18 minutes.
