Britain's Pride chips from Lamb Weston

Provenance is one of the key considerations behind Lamb Weston's Britain's Pride chip range.

British potatoes are carefully selected and cut, blanched and prefried at the company's factory in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

Grade A potatoes longer than standard fries are used and according the company they contain less moisture so that they lose less weight during frying.

Available in four cut sizes, the chips contain no salt and are freeze chilled. Britain's Pride chips are available in cases of four and each case weighs 5.5lb.
