British pie-makers http://www.fasttrack.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Higgidy ](http://www.higgidy.co.uk/)and [Pieminister ](http://www.pieminister.co.uk/)both made it into the 14th Sunday Times Virgin [Fast Track 100, which lists the private companies showing the greatest sales growth over the past three years.

Higgidy, in 43rd place, has seen sales rise by 76.6% per annum from £1.5m in 2007 to £8.1m in 2010, while annual sales at Pieminster (ranked 99th) have grown by 45.24%, from £1.6m to £5m over the same three years.

The highest placed food supplier (at 22) was fried chicken wholesaler SFC, which has achieved annual sales growth of 104.86%, rising from £2.4m in 2007 to £20.8m this year.
