Buffet cabinets from Valera
Equipment supplier Valera has unveiled a new line-up of buffet displays. The Italian-designed Buffet Extra is range of mobile units designed for chilled items such as starters, salads and desserts.
The cabinets can be linked together, if required, to provide a longer service area and they have stainless-steel interiors and wooden exteriors (available in pale oak or dark walnut finish) and come in two lengths of 1,420mm or 2,055mm.
The fully-automatic units operate within a temperature range of 3°C to 8°C and feature a manual wind-down canopy. Optional wooden fold-down shelves can be fitted to both the sides and the ends.
The new displays also embrace three lines that are suitable for hot, chilled and ambient products: Europa, which is available as an island unit with optional perimeter shelves; Tango, with an easily raised and lowered canopy; and the four-sided Pagoda centre-island display.
