Tilda has launched a ‘Money Bags' on-pack promotion on its Easy Cook Basmati Rice that guarantees caterers regular payouts and the chance to win an instant money prize.
Mark Lyddy, head of foodservice at Tilda, said the promotion aimed to reward existing customers and encourage others to switch to the quick-to-prepare version, which offers improved holding capabilities and resistance to over-cooking compared to the original basmatic version without sacrificing taste or visual appeal.
From now to 31 July, special 5kg promotional packs of the rice at participating wholesalers will each carry a unique reference number that can be entered online at www.tildafoodservice.com/money-bags](http://www.tildafoodservice.com/money-bags) to build up the money bag. Each code guarantees £2 money-back, which can be withdrawn once the fund reaches £10 or kept in to add to the rewards.
Each £2 money-back claim brings the chance to win an instant prize of £2,012 or one of 500 smaller rewards.
The promotion is open to all caterers aged 18 or more in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
