Bunzl showcases equipment innovations at The Show – North
Bunzl Lockhart Catering Equipment held its second equipment show earlier this month, at Old Trafford, where it showcased the latest innovations in catering equipment from over 35 prominent catering industry brands.
A new Innovation zone gave operators the opportunity to discover the most contemporary trends in catering, from presentation tableware to innovative technology to streamline a kitchen.
The Show also featured live cooking demonstrations throughout the day from some of the UK's star chefs, including Ruth Hansom - the World Skills Chef; Hrishikesh Desai - National Chef of the Year 2010; Ben Champkin - Young National Chef of the Year 2013; and April Partridge - National Chef of the Year 2014 Finalist.
Bunzl Lockhart Catering Equipment launched three new product ranges, as part of its exclusive brands range including Crème, Twentyeight, a new collection of premium designer cutlery, and Plasma, a new range of shatterproof plastic drinkware.
