Butterfly chicken options from 3G

A range of Raw Butterfly Chicken Breasts from 3G will help caterers meet summer demand for lighter, healthy meals.
The breasts (which weigh between 200g and 230g) are cut from farm-assured birds and fully matured for at least eight hours for full flavour and succulence.
They are available plain or in a choice of marinades, including Cajun, and Garlic and Herb - which are all suitable for coeliacs - along with Lemon and Pepper and BBQ. They can be grilled in just 15 minutes or griddled, baked or barbecued.
The breasts are sold frozen in packs of 10, as are the recently introduced line of 160g-180g Cooked Butterfly Chicken Breasts in plain or Cajun options.
