Butterfly chicken trio from Atlantic Foods

A trio of butterfly chicken products has joined Atlantic Food's Harvest Meat & Poultry Range, helping caterers vary their offer of the poultry type that accounts for 40% of all meat dishes eaten in the UK. The frozen chicken breasts are available in three flavours: Plain, Cajun - whose blend of herbs and spices matches well with Tex Mex dishes - and Garlic and Herb, which adds a French twist.
