Cadbury launches hot chocolate trade initiative

http://www.cadbury.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Cadburyhas announced it will be implementing a new education programme around serving hot chocolate in the out-of-home market.

Quoting market statistics from Allegra Strategies showing that hot chocolate is growing faster than tea, Cadbury says the category presents a key opportunity that hospitality operators can't afford to ignore.

In launching its trade initiative Stir up Perfection, the company aims to educate operators on how to deliver a premium hot chocolate through specially created information packs.

With the core Cadbury range containing products for manual service, dispense, vending and individual sachets, part of Cadbury's education drive will include advising operators on which are the best stock-keeping units to meet their requirements.

The new initiative will be visible to consumers through a range of point of sale materials including wobblers, tent cards and posters that show consumers that Cadbury is on sale at that site.
