Callebaut Shows support for World Chocolate Masters
The World Chocolate Masters competition, which is gearing up for its fifth finals in Paris from 28 to 30 October, has become the premier international showcase for the evolving art of chocolate.
An initiative by Callebaut, Cacao Barry and Carma, the event is the premier international competition dedicated to the art of chocolate. It demands the highest standards of creativity, design and innovation from some of the globe's greatest chefs, pâtissiers and chocolatiers.
The upcoming World Chocolate Masters finals are essential diary dates for all aspiring pastry chefs and chocolatiers. The 2013 UK Chocolate Master, Ruth Hinks, will represent the UK.
The theme for this year's event is "the Architecture of Taste". Competitors will be expected to create a brand-new architecture of taste, texture and experience, in which chocolate plays a fundamental role.
To celebrate the event, Callebaut is offering 25 Caterer and Hotelkeeper readers a package of chocolate inspiration worth a combined £2,125.
