Case study: Eau de Vie allows King's Head to offer water free of charge

The King's Head in Great Bircham, Norfolk, has turned to Eau de Vie to offer its guests premium filtered water free of charge.

Filtered from the mains, the constant supply enables the owner to fill branded glass bottles as and when required and the family-run hotel has been renting the system since September 2011.

Owner Charles Campbell already considers the water a "major selling point" and explains: "I took over the hotel and installed the Eau de Vie system straight away. It doesn't cost us much to rent and produces fantastic, high-quality water which we give to our customers rather than them spending an additional few pounds on water.

"We've had such good feedback from our customers who tell us that receiving such high-quality, complimentary still and sparkling water is an unexpected added extra. Plus, it means that we don't have to buy bottles of water for the hotel rooms, which makes us more environmentally friendly."

The Eau de Vie package for caterers includes pre- and after-sales support, site-survey, commissioning, staff training and ongoing maintenance.
