Caterers invited to test new Hobart Cooking combi and steamer products

Caterers will have the chance to test new cooking products from Hobart Cooking Solutions at a series of free interactive sessions around the UK.

The Bonnet Combi and Bonnet High Speed Steamer will be available for testing at sessions in Edinburgh, Peterborough, London and Taunton, with more locations expected to be added to the session list.

Development chef Greg Crump will lead the products' performance, as well as offering support, aftersales training, menu development, and recipe advice.

All caterers who purchase Bonnet equipment within six months of attending a session will receive a year's free supply of chemicals, plus preferential rates on equipment.

Commenting on the sessions, Crump said: "As Hobart's first ever development chef I am extremely proud to have this opportunity to showcase two of our key pieces of innovative equipment. We want to show how the Bonnet Combi and High Speed Steamer can transform a kitchen with consistent quality results, increased flexibility, improved profitability, reduced costs and less wastage."

Paul Godfrey, product manager at Hobart Cooking Solutions, added: "These events are the ideal opportunity to… help caterers make an informed decision when it comes to a purchase. All that is required is that attendees spare a couple of hours to attend."

Sessions can be booked on Hobart's website.
