Catering Equipment Design Association appoints regional chairs

Mark Kendall, the new chairman of the Catering Equipment Distributors Association (CEDA), has announced the appointment of two new regional chairs at the association's recent annual conference.

Cathy Wilcox, managing director of commercial kitchen designers and catering installation specialists, WilcoxBurchmore was voted on to take on as the chair of the Southern Region and Kirstin Hatherley, managing director of Hatherley Commercial Services, was confirmed as the chair of the Northern Region.

"I'm delighted to have Kirstin and Cathy in the chair roles for CEDA's regions," said Kendall.

"I know they will support our national growth and drive to achieving our goal of having CEDA as the focal point for the best companies in the UK who offer design, specification, installation, service and training for foodservice operations of all kinds."
