USP The three sauces, which have traditionally sold to food manufacturers, are now available in smaller 10kg packs for food service operators. They ensure consistent taste, melt and viscosity and are simply heated in a microwave or bain-marie.

Range Béchamel Sauce can be used as a pour-over sauce or as a base for pasta dishes, fillings and toppings; Cheese Sauce has a high content of real cheese and is ideal for making cauliflower cheese, dips and pizza bases; Jalapeno Cheese Sauce (made from real Cheddar) can be used at high temperatures without splitting and is suited to a wide variety of Mexican dishes.
