To celebrate British Sausage Week, taking place from the 3-9 November, Bisto has launched a competition to give chefs the opportunity to win £500 worth of high-street vouchers and a full set of professional kitchen knives.

To be in with a chance of winning, chefs need to download the new online recipe guide from Bisto, which showcases the versatility of the traditional British banger.

The online recipe booklet is full of exclusive recipes from Mark Rigby, executive chef at Premier Foods, including celeriac and kale stew and sausage fondue.

The booklet also contains research carried out for Bisto, which reveals 67% of chefs currently make sausages from scratch and that 82% of chefs think that incorporating seasonal events onto menus, helps drive sales, making the guide a must-have for chefs looking to make the most of British Sausage Week.
