Cereal bars from Kate's Cakes

Caterers can help keep their customers' mid-morning or post-lunch hunger pangs at bay with four varieties of Kate's Cakes cereal bars.

The Dairy Free Muesli bar (50g) contains wheat flakes, dates, sultanas and cranberries infused with orange zest. The Wheat Free Nut ‘N' Choc bar (52g) contains a trio of pecans, almonds and hazelnuts, studded and drizzled with Belgian chocolate. The Dairy and Gluten Free Fruit and Seed bar (50g) contains pumpkin and sunflower seeds, apricots and sultanas, while the Dairy Free Granola bar (45g) contains fruit, nuts and cereal.

All bars are bound together with agave nectar and honey, and have a 21-day ambient shelf life, apart from the Dairy Free Granola Bar which has a three-month shelf life.
