CESA calling for sponsors to help the skills show

CESA members are calling for companies to become sponsors of the Skills Show and support the food service industry.

Five CESA members are already signed up to this annual celebration designed to inspire the restaurant managers, chefs and designers of tomorrow with exciting opportunities in further education, skills and apprenticeships.

The Skills Show (http://worldskillsuk.apprenticeships.org.uk/the-skills-show)) will be running a hospitality section that will involve a working restaurant, a cooking demo area, a competition featuring the best of the UK's young chefs, and a "Have a Go" activity to encourage visitors to consider entering the food service industry.

"This is a wonderful way to gain valuable marketing benefits while lending your support to the UK's biggest national skills and careers event," says Keith Warren, director of CESA.

The hospitality sponsors to date are Adande, Corsair Engineering, Die Pat, MCS Tech Products and Standex Food Services Equipment, who are all CESA members, and Tom Chandley Ovens.
