Cheese Bites from Paxton & Whitfield

Cheese Bites are an exclusive addition to the fine-food portfolio of Paxton & Whitfield, whose clientele includes such restaurants and hotels as Caprice Holdings, the Bath Priory, Gidleigh Park in Devon and London;s Goring hotel.

The light, crisp biscuit bases are handmade by an artisan bakery which packs them with freshly-grated farmhouse cheeses and herbs from its walled garden.

There are three flavours: West Country Cheddar and Garlic Chives (using vintage Cheddar from Dorset); Cropwell Bishop Stilton, Thyme & Black Pepper (made from Nottinghamshire Stilton with organic herbs); and Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, Lovage & Mustard, with the lovage adding a hint of mild celery.

Suitable as a stand-alone snack or as an aperitif with wine, Cheese Bites are sold in packs of 12 x 75g bags.
