Details A super-premium line of fond and fumet stock pastes that are endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs. Made from concentrated cooking juices, they can be added at any stage of the cooking process.

Health benefits Low in saturated fat; less than 0.3g of sodium per 100ml; no MSG, HVOs, added colours or artificial preservatives.
