Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends are back in the UK, courtesy of Atlantic Foods.

The world-famous brand of quality herbs and spices are blended to unique recipes devised by the celebrity US chef who brought Cajun cooking into the spotlight and owns top New Orleans restaurant K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen.

The flavourings are 100% natural with no added MSG or preservatives.

They include a versatile seasoning that can be used with meats, soups and vegetables and in stuffings (Just Plain Good Seasoning) and Fajita Magic, which blends no fewer than 15 premium herbs and spices, including several varieties of dried chillis.

Completing the line are Meat Magic, Poultry Magic, Seafood Magic, Vegetable Magic, and Blackened Steak Magic.
