Product Low-slung refrigerated chef's base
USP The bases have a strong, one-piece, heavy-gauge reinforced stainless-steel top (with a drip-resistant V edge) that can hold up to 325kg of cooking equipment such as charbroilers, grills and fryers.
Range There are 12 variations of one, two and three-section bases, each with two drawers per section. One-section base drawers can take three full-size 1/1 GN pans (running front to back) while two- and three-section base drawers accept two or three pans.
Features The drawers will hold food between 0°C and 3.3°C. The bases are insulated with ozone-friendly Ecomate high-density polyurethane and have front-breathing vents and recessed handles.
