USP The Chiberta region near Bayonne, in the heart of the Basque Country, provides the inspiration for the latest five creations from the Parisian artisan chocolatier. They use Basque almonds, floral honeys, Espelette red chilli peppers, sweeter red peppers and the famous aniseed liqueur from Patxaran.

Range Etzia - a milk chocolate ganache with wildflower, heather and chestnut honeys; the smoky dark chocolate Txokolate Lluna; Praline Macaron - a rare silky 100% almond praline with crunchy slivers of chocolate macarons in the centre; Almond Paste with Patxaran fruit anise liqueur; and the dark chocolate Espeletako Piperra with red and chilli peppers.
