Chicken bites and buffet lines from Brakes

Chicken forms the basis of four light-bite and buffet-style products from Brakes that have been revamped for the summer.
Brakes Chicken Korma Split Sticks are gas-seared korma-flavoured inner fillets that are skewered on Y-shaped wooden sticks. Like the variant Brakes Piri Piri Chicken Split Sticks, the 40g skewers are sold in 1kg packs.
Brakes Soy & Ginger Bubble Battered Chicken Strips are 25g marinated strips of chicken that have been hand-covered in crispy coating.
Completing the quartet is Brakes Chicken Pakora, an 18g serving of whole-muscle chunks of chicken breast marinated in Indian spices and coated in a light batter.
Both the strips and the pakora are sold in 2kg packs.
