Chicken Vindaloo is one of the hottest dishes to join the range of Indian meals from the Authentic Food Company, which has been supplying the food service sector for nearly 25 years.
According to research by AC Nielsen, the Indian main meal market is now worth around £45.8m and grew to 9.1 million meals sold last year, with pub sales rising significantly.
The new Chicken Vindaloo combines a Chicken Tikka breast with a hot and spicy tomato curry sauce with red and green chilli. The curry is sold in packs of 12 x 340g and will microwave from frozen in less than four minutes.
