Details The liquid jellies (available in flavours such as raspberry, orange, peach and elderflower) are heated to 50°C for use in trifles, sundaes, cheesecake toppings or alcoholic jelly desserts. Liquid cheesecake batter mixes need to be aerated to the correct temperature before use and will combine easily with fruits, purées and sauces. Other options include the rich, egg-free chocolate mousse and chilled custards in vanilla and chocolate flavours.
