Longe Foods' Original Chin Chin has been entered in the Innovation Award section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.
Chin Chin range of snacks consisting of Chin Chin Original, Flakes and Nuts was launched in September 2008. Chin Chin is sweet pastry made from wheat flour, margarine, sugar, egg, butter, milk and nutmeg, cut into shapes and fried in sunflower oil. It is a well-liked everyday snack popular in West Africa (Congo, Ghana, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone Etc). It is made to traditional recipes that have existed for centuries and now being introduced to a wider population.
