Chocolate and fruit feature in a trio of new desserts from Brakes.

Self-indulgence is the key to Brakes Premiere Pot au Chocolat, a chocolate cream served in individual terracotta pots that are packed 12 to the case.

The fruity puddings include Brakes Lemon and Mascarpone Parfait, which comprises layers of lemon-soaked sponge and lemon liqueur-flavoured mascarpone cream that is dusted with icing sugar and precut into 12 portions.

Brakes Orange and Panettone Trifle, which is cut into 10 individual portions, combines lemoncello- and vodka-flavoured panettone, orange segments and a layer of ciambella mousse finished with a layer of fresh cream sprinkled with amaretti granules.
