Pistachio, Fig and Plum Frangipane Tart from Brakes is made with an all-butter shortbread base topped with almond frangipane and prunes and hand-finished with Turkish figs, plums and pistachio nuts.

Suitable for serving warm or cold, the tart is preportioned into 12 slices.

The White Chocolate Box is an all-butter shortbread with a raspberry coulis centre, topped with a Becolade white chocolate mousse and hand-decorated with a velvet white chocolate coating and a whole raspberry. The 85g White Chocolate Box is available in packs 12.

Also available is a 153g Individual Trifle made with West Country cream, vanilla-flavoured sponge soaked in Amontillado sherry, and Madagascan vanilla custard. It comes in 12-portion boxes.
