A Festive Flavours range of gluten-free ice-creams are available from Farmer Gosden's in Hampshire, where the family's herd of pedigree Jersey cows live and graze on the fields at the Sherfield-on-Loddon farm.
Their Jersey milk is pasteurised on the farm and is hand-made in artisan batches into luxury ice-cream.
There are three flavours created for Christmas dessert menus: Christmas Pudding; Whisky Cream; and White Chocolate with Spiced Orange Ripple.
There's also a one-litre Trifle Gelato consisting of raspberry coulis, layered with Just Jersey ice-cream, followed by a layer of sherry-soaked sponge, then a final layer of Just Jersey ice-cream; and two sorbets: Spiced Cranberry Sorbet and Tangy Clementine Sorbet. The ice-creams and sorbets come in four-litre tubs.
