The Southover Food Company is offering hand-prepared and packaged cooked meats.
A free-range gammon on the bone is available honey-roasted, smoked or plain in 5kg and 2.5kg joints, and a roast topside of beef is available in 2kg and 1kg joints or in 1kg and 500g packs sliced.
A free-range Sussex turkey breast on the bone comes in 5kg joints, and a smoked cured pork loin cooked traditionally and oak-smoked comes in 1kg joints or 1kg packs sliced.
